Qualifications to Receive a Computer
The Computer Ministry will evaluate all PC requests from eligible non-profit organizations and individuals to determine if they meet the requirements to receive computer hardware and/or software. You may provide us with information about your need for a computer in the "Additional Information about your Request" section of the Check Out page. There is no guarantee that your request will be granted because you placed the request.
Request Notifications
You will be notified via phone when your request is ready to pickup. Please wait until you have been notified by the Computer Ministry the your request is ready to pickup before traveling to our location.
Warranty
The computer hardware and/or software donated to the Computer Ministry is provided to you the end user (receiver of the donation); is without warranty and is considered a $0.00 valued sale (“as is”) to which means there is no dollar value associated and no refund of any nature will be provided by the Computer Ministry. The Computer Ministry is not responsible for any defect, damage or loss associated with the computer hardware and/or software that has been donated to you. Computer Ministry charges a fee per complete system to cover the costs of licensing.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Computer Ministry be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the computer hardware and/or software donated to the end user (receiver of the donation).
Guarantees
No guarantees are given or implied to the efficiency, CPU performance and productivity of the computer hardware and/or software donated to the end user (receiver of the donation).
Modification of Terms and Conditions
The Computer Ministry reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which their computer hardware and/or software products are offered.
