Note: All Request Cart fields must contain information. Failure to enter the required information will cancel the computer request.
After you have entered all the information in the Request Cart, review the information to make sure it is correct. If the request information is correct, check the Terms and Conditions box and then press the SUBMIT BUTTON.
If there are no errors for empty fields, an email notification will be sent to you. A order complete screen will then be displayed on the screen showing your completed request.
If you do not see the order complete screen and you don't receive an email, then your order was not completed.
